As I disabled person I need help and use a wheelchair this is a problem at most hotels as we are not caterred for properly, but at hotel bourgas they are most accomodating and make you feel welcolm which is very nice for someone like myself, and the room adeqaute for the wheelchair thank you I have stayed previously and will stay again love this hotel lorraine

Location
Pool water stale, non-functional gym as there was no AC. Room floor very dirty, stains. Chair worn-out. AC not totally functional.

Is it located in the city center and I would definitely recommend the Restaurant which is preparing excellent dishes (I chose Mediterranean Cuisine !). I also enjoyed the hear dresser which is located at the lobby which for only 20 lev will have your hear cut with a lovely "scalp massage" !
The bed in the room it looks old and not very comfortable. Breakfast is very poor and does not look fresh.

I was actually surprised by the really clean and beautifully decorated interiors of Hotel Bulgaria. The staff were accommodating, even allowing me to choose a quieter floor.

We double booked by mistake but the hotel rectified the problem very quickly and at no extra charge. The location is great, next to bus station. Facilities were comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were of decent size and lovely and warm.

had fairly quiet and luxurious room gbp 129 with bath, the aircon, for example. the hotel's location was awesome, just next door to two main pedestrian streets with many shops, restaurants and cafes, train, and the center of burgas. the staff was willing to help, everyone was sympathetic and informative.

Good place for couples
The location is perfect right in the city center and it makes everything easy. The breakfast was pretty solid with a nice variety, no one goes hungry here for sure.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

We loved the amazing city view from our room. The facilities were spot on, especially the retro bar area with the samovar. Our romantic getaway felt just perfect. Plus, the location was a dream, so close to shops and the beach.
